Content Rules

1. Purpose

Pollyplace is for showcasing creative work and discovering talent. These rules keep the community usable and respectful. Violations may lead to content removal or account restrictions. See also the Terms of Service.

2. Allowed

• Original work you created or are authorized to publish;
• Honest project descriptions, credits, and client names when accurate;
• Constructive messaging related to collaboration or commissions.

3. Not allowed

• Work you do not have rights to publish (copyright / trademark infringement);
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive links;
• Harassment, hate, threats, or doxxing;
• Illegal content or content that exploits minors;
• Graphic sexual content or extreme violence (unless we later publish a clear adult policy);
• Impersonation of other people or brands;
• Automated scraping or bulk messaging that harms the Platform.

4. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe a project infringes your rights, use the project Report action or our feedback form with enough detail (links, ownership proof, contact email). We may remove or restrict content while reviewing.

5. Reporting

Anyone can report problematic projects. False or abusive reports may themselves violate these rules. Reports are stored and reviewed by moderators; we do not guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.

6. Messaging conduct

Do not use messages for spam, fraud, or harassment. Pollyplace is not responsible for agreements made in chat — treat commercial outreach carefully and verify counterparties independently.
