Creative ops tools often drown in chrome. This dashboard was designed for scanning speed: status first, decoration never. ## Problem Producers needed to answer three questions in under five seconds: - What is blocked? - Who owns the next action? - Which assets are ready to ship? ## Approach We collapsed filters into a quiet rail, densified tables without turning them into spreadsheets, and used emerald only for actionable states. Empty states teach the workflow instead of apologizing. ## Result The prototype reduced “where is this file?” Slack threads in our internal test group and became the visual language for the rest of the studio platform.
